Unlike some service centres, there are no appointments required, and MacMedic will usually have your machine back to you, repaired before that other service centre would have even looked at it!

Our engineers and technicians are all long time Mac users, and have current Apple Certifications.
Newton Ferris, MacMedic's senior engineer had over 10 years of Apple Service experience under his belt.
Newton has a vast knowledge of Apple product range spanning 15 years and with this experience can provide efficient and accurate diagnosis to your Apple product.
Shane Sandell, an engineer at MacMedic has over 5 years Mac Service experience.
With his previous service management role in another large Apple Service Provider he brings both enthusiasm and experience to his work ethic.
Chris Rouse, an onsite engineer at MacMedic has over 5 years Mac Sales and Service experience.
Chris is exceptionally talented on the repair of MacBook, iBook and iMac computers as he extensively trained and mastered these models along with the rest of the Apple product family.
Adrian Franulovich, MacMedic's Service Manager. Adrian has an amazing passion for Apple Computers.
Working in the Apple industry for 9 years, and involved with the day to day use, setup and service of macs since 1990 he has a vast array of knowledge of all current machines but also the vintage models. Adrian collects Mac's in his spare time and hopes one day soon display them in a historic format.
