We also offer an Express Service, which gets your computer on the bench running through diagnostics within one hour of arriving as well as priority handling, to help alleviate the impact of losing valuable work time.

MacMedic endorses the quality of the products we supply and we warranty parts for up to 5 years, and labour for up to 3 years!
MacMedic’s team has over 30 years Apple Service experience, and we’ve seen everything from flashing question mark folders to machines that only work when they are upside down!
Unlike some service centres, no appointments are required, and MacMedic will usually have your machine back to you, repaired before that other service centre would have even looked at it!

Practice what you preach! Our engineers and technicians are all long time Mac users, and have current Apple certifications.
Newton, senior engineer at MacMedic Ingleburn has over 10 years of Apple Service experience under his belt.
With his vast knowledge of Apple products spanning 15 years combined with his experience, he can provide efficient and accurate diagnosis of your Apple product.
Shane, senior engineer at MacMedic Mosman has over 7 years of Apple Service experience.
Previously in a service management role at another large Apple Service Provider, he brings both enthusiasm and experience to his work ethic – long hours for results don’t scare him!
Nick, the latest addition to the MacMedic team. Trained under the watchful eyes of Adrian and Shane, he has recently completed his exams and become an Apple Certified Macintosh Technician. Welcome him to the team if you see him around in the showroom!
Adrian Franulovich, MacMedic’s Service Manager. Adrian has an amazing passion for Apple computers.
Working in the Apple industry for 10 years, and involved with the day to day use, setup and service of Macs since 1990 he has a vast array of knowledge of all current machines but also the vintage models. Adrian collects Macs in his spare time and hopes one day soon display them in a historic format.
