Do I need an appointment?
No, while we are a walk-in service centre we are queue based not appointment based.
We repair machines in the order they are booked in at our front desk.
As a result you can drop your machine in anytime during business hours.
What is your assessment charge?
We offer a free assessment for machines less than five years old, older than five years is $33.
We also offer liquid damaged assessments for $66.
All our assessment charges are deductible from any labour on repairs carried out.
How long will you need my machine?
Our average assessment times are 1-3 business days and average turn around times 2-4 business days.
This means your machine is with us typically somewhere between 2-4 business days total.
Our diagnostics can take time to run as they are more thorough than most.
Can you repair my machine any faster?
Assessment times can be reduced by selecting our express fee option at book-in for $99.
This jumps the initial pending assessment queue and also gets priority handling throughout the repair.
While this does reduce the overall turn around time, there are no guarantees on timing as each fault is unique.
Can you come to me at my house or office?
Yes, we do have onsite technicians available for call out. Our basic onsite service charges are $66 call out and $132 per hour.
This means that the first hour is charged at $198 and $132 for each hour after that.
This does not include any parts that may be required for repair.
