Payment Methods

If you have a repair or invoice that requires payment there are several ways you can pay.

Cash
We accept cash payments (Australian dollars only) at both our Mosman and Ingleburn stores.

EFTPOS
We accept Cheque and Savings payments from EFTPOS.
Please be advised most card issuers have set limits of between $500 and $1000 withdrawal from your card in any one day from any source.

VISA & MasterCard
We accept both VISA and MasterCard without any service fees or surcharges.
For all payments over $500 where a signature is used instead of a PIN, we may request photo ID to verify the payment.

American Express & Diners
We accept AMEX with a 2.0% service surcharge and Diners with a 2.5% surcharge at our Mosman branch only.
Our Ingleburn branch does not accept AMEX or Diners at this point in time.

Money Order
Australia Post money orders are accepted much like a cash payment.
We verify the authenticity of money orders before releasing goods.

Direct Deposit
Direct deposit payments are much the same as a cash payment. All Australian banks support direct deposit (it’s similar to “BPAY”).
Most direct deposits made before 5pm will appear in our account the next day.

To ensure your goods are released promptly after payment;
        1. Be sure you include your invoice, “SJ or PK” number on your transfer.
        2. E-mail accounts@macmedic.com.au to notify us of the payment.

Cheque
We do not accept cheques of any kind.
