What’s Repairable?
MacMedic offers a number of iPad repair options in and out of warranty. Unlike other non-Apple authorised companies that repair iPads, MacMedic partnered with Apple carries out authorised repairs ensuring not only the best quality repairs, but global guarantees.
Issue / Problem | Repairable? | Explanation |

| Faulty (No Sound, Video, etc) | Repairable | We can exchange for these types of problems as they are hardware faults. |
| Water Damage | Not Repairable | We cannot exchange water damaged iPads with Apple. |
| Cracked Glass / Screen | Repairable | We can exchange iPads with damaged glass screens or cracked LCD panels. |
| Crushed | Not Repairable | We cannot exchange iPads that have had excessive accidental damage. |
| Folded | Not Repairable | We cannot exchange iPads that have had excessive accidental damage. |
| Pulled Apart | Not Repairable | We cannot exchange iPads that have been taken apart by a third party. |
All of our repairs come with a 90 day service warranty, or the balance of your current warranty with Apple, whichever is longer. So, for instance, say you bought an iPad on the 1/5/2011 and then accidentally dropped it cracking the glass front, after paying MacMedic for the repair, your warranty will continue until the 30/4/2012 again.
