MacMedic has three onsite technicians that can come to you.

Generally speaking onsite service is designed for software issues, basic training and the setup of new devices.

Whether in your home or office, big or small company we have the right technician or engineer for you.

Rates are;

Call out - $66 in metro Sydney

+ $66 per half hour. There is a minimum charge of $165 for any onsite.

We also offer weekend and after hours services. These are on prior arrangement and attract higher fees.

Emergency call out services are also available on a contract basis. We also offer a 24/7 hour emergency call out service with tailored contracts.

Our senior engineer will also cary out services nationally and internationally where prior arrangements have been made. All costs associated with travel and accommodation are the responsibility of the client and must be agreeable by our staff.
